Rick Wilson

Rick started as a survey technician in 1971, progressed through surveying and project coordination in the 1970’s. In the 1980’s he worked as a Drafting Contractor, Associate Coordinator, surveyor in Saudi Arabia and opened his own surveying company in 1981. By 2001 he added a Director of Construction for a major company to his resume; overseeing jobs in Missouri, Illinois, Massachusetts and Texas. His own surveying company is still in operation
today.

Mark has progressed from chainman on a survey crew to upper level private practice management over a 30 year period. Engineering expertise includes land development design modeling and master planning for water and wastewater systems, design of collection, transmission, distribution, pumping systems as well as stormwater management planning and modeling, and drainage facility design. Business development expertise includes relationship
development, proposal preparation, and formal presentations. Management expertise includes understanding of cost accounting as well as personnel and project management.

Cory Davenport
Senior Engineering Technician
Associates Degree in Drafting & Design, working toward a BS in Engineering.
Spent 10 years working at various engineering firms in Springfield and 6 years on his own providing support to
Surveying and Engineering companies.
His goal is to become a Civil/Petroleum Engineer.
